When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products be delivered to an address of your choice in Singapore. Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email us at email@example.com or call 1800 397 6674. Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. If you've ordered an item that won't be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible. If no-one is in when the courier calls, they'll leave an “Absent” card with instructions on how to arrange a second delivery, at no additional cost. However, additional charges may apply on the third delivery attempt.
Delivery timescales: Dyson machines, accessories and spare parts
We offer free shipping for all orders in Singapore.
Order before 17:00 pm on weekdays and, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for next-day delivery.
Our delivery window is from 10am – 10pm on weekdays, and 10am – 1pm on Saturdays.
There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel your order, starting from the day you receive the products.

Exceptions to typical delivery timescales.
We may not be able to do deliveries in areas with security restrictions such as Army Camps, immigration areas within Changi Airport and some off-shore islands. You will be contacted.

Click and Collect
When buying online, you can request products be delivered to a Click & Collect location.
Orders placed before 9am Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), subject to availability, may be collected from selected Click and Collect location after 12pm on the same day.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), subject to availability, may be collected from the selected Click and Collect location after 6pm on the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday up to Sunday and on Public Holidays, subject to availability, may be collected from the selected Click and Collect location after 12pm on the next working day.
If you select Click and Collect as your delivery option, please make a note of the location’s opening times, as indicated in your email order confirmation. You are advised not to visit the Click and Collect location until you receive an ‘Order Ready for Collection’ email on your registered Email ID.
The Click and Collection location cannot be changed once Order is placed.
Once you receive the ‘Order Ready for Collection’ email from Dyson, you may visit the selected Click and Collect location to collect your Order.
At the time of collection, you will be required to produce a copy of the order confirmation email, to validate your identity. Dyson, without any liability, reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the Order in the event you are unable to validate your identity.
The Order will be available for collection up to a period of three (3) days from the date when the Order reaches the selected Click and Collect location. If you fail to collect the Order within these three (3) days, then Dyson reserves the right to cancel the order and the amount charged to you, if any, will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of placing the Order.
