At Dyson, we’re committed to ensuring you’re never without the technology you rely on. That’s why we complete 85% of repairs immediately. Occasionally, machines need more time for repairs and servicing, and that’s where our same-day repair or loan programme comes in.

Experience an upgrade – and make it yours

If your Dyson machine can’t be repaired immediately at one of our service centres or select retail stores, we won’t leave you empty-handed. Instead, we’ll loan you one of our latest machines to use at home while we repair yours. It’s your chance to make use of up-to-date Dyson engineering. We know life doesn’t stop when your machine does. Our same-day repair or loan programme ensures you can continue cleaning, styling or purifying without interruption – and gives you the opportunity to upgrade to the latest technology.

How it works

Bring your machine to a Dyson Service Centre or participating store. We’ll assess it; if the repair isn’t done on the spot, we’ll offer a loan machone during repairs, which is cleaned and safety-checked before every loan.

A quick credit-card pre-authorisation and agreement secures your loan machine. Return the loan when you collect your repaired product – or pick up a new machine of the same model if you're ready to upgrade.
