At the time of purchase, it is not possible to select a specific delivery date or timeslot. However, once the order has been processed and the Airwaybill (AWB) or tracking number is issued, delivery can be coordinated directly with our logistics partners, DHL or DPEX. For DHL deliveries, the On Demand Delivery (ODD) service—accessible via SMS or tracking link—allows you to reschedule the delivery date or make alternative arrangements based on your convenience.
