Opt to trade in your old machines online or in-store.
- Online: Your old machine will be picked up while delivering your new machine.
- In-store: Bring in your old machine to our Dyson Demo Stores for instant trade in.

Upgrade any brand of vacuum, fan or air purifier to enjoy trade in savings.
- Online: Apply exclusive trade-in voucher code before checking out.
- In-store: The trade-in value will be instantly offset when you bring in your old machine to our Dyson Demo Stores.
Frequently asked questions
You can enjoy up to $174 savings on selected Dyson products, by trading in any brand of your old vacuum, hair dryer or hair styler.
Yes, we accept Dyson and non-Dyson old products to trade up for the eligible new Dyson products with exclusive savings.
You will still be eligible for the Trade-in programme regardless of your old machine condition.
Offline trade-in is available at all Dyson stores during operating hours of 10am-10pm at Capitol Singapore, Nex, Tampines Mall, VivoCity, Jewel Changi Singapore, Northpoint, Parkway Parade and Westgate. Please note that you are required to return your old machine on the spot in order to enjoy trade-in value instantly on your new Dyson product. We regret to inform that we are unable to extend trade-in rewards if a old machine is not handed.
Unfortunately, all the old machines collected will be recycled immediately. We will not be able to retrieve the old machine back. Please note that we will not be compensating monetary should you decide to return your new Dyson machine. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Dyson machine through this trade-in programme.
